  • Q. What time is check-in and check-out?

    A. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.   Must be 21 or older to make a reservation.

    Q. What is our Cancellation Policy?

    A. June - September: You must cancel seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
         All other dates, you must cancel 72 hours prior to day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
         We also offer a discounted advanced purchase rate which has a non-refundable cancellation policy in which full 
         payment is due at the time of booking.   Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.
  • Q. Do We Require A Deposit When Making A Reservation? 

    A. Yes.  We require a one-night deposit at the time of booking. 
  • Q. Pet Policy

    A. We apologize but the Ocean Mist Beach Hotel & Suites does not allow pets.

Q. Do We offer high-speed internet access?

A. We offer high speed internet throughout the entire hotel.

Q. Do We Offer ADA Guest Rooms?

A. Yes.  We offer ADA compliant guest rooms.  Please contact our Reservations Team. 

Q. What types of views do our guest rooms offer?

A. Our guest rooms offer many different views - ocean front, ocean view, pool view or parking lot view.
     Please call our Reservations Team at 800-655-1972 for help in finding the perfect room type to meet your travel needs.
  • Q. Are there coffee makers and Micro fridge in the rooms?

    A. Yes. Some guest rooms have kitchenettes, but guests must provide their own cookware utensils.
  • Q. Are There In Room DVD Players?

    A. Yes and a free library is available at the Front Desk.

    Q. How many floors does the hotel have?  

    A. The hotel has 2 floors and there are no elevators.
  • Q. Is there a Fitness Center?

    A. No. 
  • Q. Do we have a Business Center?

    A. We have 2 lobby kiosks with use of a computer and printer. 

  • Q. What are the hours of the Pools?

    A. Our Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, and Hot Tub are open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.

  • Q. parking at the hotel?

    A. We have parking available for guests.  Please note that the hotel does not allow boat trailer parking.

    • Q. Are Beach Chairs Provided? 

      A. There is a limited number of chairs available for guests located between the outdoor pool and the beach.

      A. Two (2) bottles of water upon check in

      Q. Does The Hotel Accept Cash For Room Charges?

      A. Our hotel does not accept cash payments for any services provided.  All major credit cards are accepted.
