- Are there any age restrictions?Couples, families, and individuals are welcome, but you must be 21 or older to book a reservation.
- What is Ocean Mist’s cancellation policy?In June through September, you must cancel at least seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room fee and taxes. For all other dates, you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid the penalty. Discounted advance purchases are non-refundable, and reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan. *When reserving three or more rooms, we reserve the right to adjust cancellation and deposit policies. Guests may also be required to sign a group agreement for clarity on these terms.

- Does the Ocean Mist Beach Hotel offer high-speed internet access?Yes, we offer high-speed internet throughout the entire hotel.
- Are ADA-compliant guest rooms available?Yes, we are proud to offer ADA-compliant guest rooms. Please contact our Reservations Team.
- What types of views do Ocean Mist’s guest rooms offer?Our guest rooms offer many different views - oceanfront, ocean view, pool view or parking lot view. Please call our Reservations Team at 800-655-1972 for help in finding the perfect room type to meet your Yarmouth travel needs.
- Are coffee makers and micro-fridges provided in rooms?Yes, rooms and suites have kitchenettes or full kitchens, but guests must provide their own cookware utensils.
- Are DVD players provided in guest rooms and suites?Yes, and a DVD library is available at the Front Desk.
- How many floors does the hotel have?The hotel has two floors, and there are no elevators.
- Is there a fitness center?No, the Ocean Mist Beach Hotel & Suites does not have a fitness center.
- Is there a business center?We have two lobby kiosks with the use of a computer and printer.
- What are the pool hours?Our indoor pool, outdoor pool, and hot tub are open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
- Does the hotel offer guest parking?Yes, we have parking available for guests. Please note that the hotel does not allow boat trailer parking.
- Are beach chairs provided?Yes, there is a limited number of chairs available for guests located between the outdoor pool and the beach.
- What is included in the amenity fee?The amenities fee includes the following:
- Two (2) bottles of water upon check-in
- In-room gourmet coffee and tea
