Gentle Stretching, with Dianne Voikos

Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on six Tuesdays beginning April 12, 9:30-10:30. This stretching mat class can help improve flexibility, circulation, balance and relieve tension. Each class begins with centering and breath awareness, followed by a flow of stretches, to keep our muscles lengthened and healthy. Everyone is unique in their ability to stretch; sometimes people find their upper body is more flexible than the lower body or vis versa. Come join our class and let’s get started on a routine for you. Until further notice, students in all Cultural Center classes will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test conducted within 72 hours prior to the class. $96/$84 for members.
