Cancellation & Deposit PolicyWe want to make sure that you are receiving the best online rate possible for hotels in Cape Cod. If you find lower rates on another web site, call the (800) number listed below for the hotel you are making a reservation for and we'll match the rate from other South Yarmouth resorts and hotels. If you have already made the reservation, we will honor the lower rate and give you an additional 10% off. The following requirements must be met before submitting a claim:
- It has been less than 24 hours since booking your original reservation on a Newport Hotel Group web site, and it was not booked within 48 hours of arrival.
- The rate must be available to the general public. Qualified discount rates, such as AAA, AARP, group, corporate or wholesaler rates do not qualify.
- The guarantee does not apply to web sites where the specific hotel and location are not known until the booking is made, such as Priceline.com, Hotwire.com, etc.
- The rate is for the same arrival date, length of stay, room type, and number of guests.
To avoid a No Show charge equal to one night's stay plus applicable taxes, please adhere to the following cancellation requirements:
Jun 23 - Sep 4: All reservations must be changed or cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date.
Sep 5 - Oct 31: All reservations must be changed or cancelled 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival date.
